Dr. Michael Breus, Ph.D., is the Sleep Doctor. He teaches people how to live healthier lives by improving their quality of sleep. In addition to being a Clinical Psychologist and Diplomat of the American Board of Sleep Medicine as well as a Fellow of The American Academy of Sleep Medicine, Dr. Breuse is also the bestselling author of The Power of When and The Sleep Doctor’s Diet Plan. He is also an advisor for the Dr. Oz Show and has been the Sleep Expert for WebMD over 14 years. Dr. Breus joins me today to discuss the importance of sleep and how it impacts our physical, emotional, and mental health.
