Today on the #SPOHNTRAINED Personal Development Podcast, Nick is interviewing a very special guest. Mathieu Boule is actually a “posturologist” which is super exciting because this is a brand new topic for the podcast.  In the interview, Mathieu takes us through the how and the why behind what he does with his clients. He talks about how he gets the different parts of the brain to talk to each other so people can live in better alignment and truly a level 10 life. 

Mat has a 12-month program he takes people through to basically rewire their brain using a series of exercises that can be done in 5-10 minutes a day. He said lots of people don’t follow through with programs because they are too time-consuming - but anyone can find 5 minutes in their day. He even gives you a few simple exercises you can start doing at home today! 

Him and Nick also talk about how, as humans, we are literally wired for fear - for survival. And in order to break out of that fear pattern, you have to do something that moves you into the upper hemisphere of your brain so you can experience more “flow.” Mat gives us a few exercises, as simple as dancing, that can break you out of your cycle so you can live the life of your dreams.
